*Each jewel will come in a luxury box packaging.

*Each jewel will be accompanied with a label of certificate of au- thenticity with material description and the designer’s signature to guarantee 100% Italian handicraft, uniqueness and originality.

*Jewelry galvanic: the designer’s choice is to leave her jewelry collection in raw 925 silver filigree to enhance the value of na- tural material and craftmanship. It is also possible to order the collection in rhodium-plated, burnished silver or golden-plated silver with an additional cost of €12 for each piece of jewelry.

*No minimum order is required.

*Clizia Ornato trade mark is registered and ornamental designs are deposited.

*925 silver filigree has been treated with a molecular treatment to avoid corro- sion. To keep the jewerly in good con- dition, we suggest putting it in its luxury jewelry box after use. To ensure maximum treatment duration and to keep each jewel in optimal conditions, it is advisable to always put it in the luxury packaging after each use and it is possible to clean with a special liquid.

*Each piece of jewelry is handmade therefore unique and all made in Italy.

* The price indicated in the catalogue is the retail price.

*The price is ex factory, delivery charge is not included. Delivery charge and customs will be paid by the customer.

RETURN POLICIES

YOUR SATISFACTION FIRST.

It is possible to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery as required by Article 64 of the Consumer Code, without any reason and / or penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an email must be sent within 14 days to [email protected] in which you expressly declare that you wish to return what has been ordered or part of it.

The acceptance of the return can only take place with prior authorisation from Clizia Ornato and only items that are received intact, in the original box and with its tag will be counted as refundable. In fact, returns will not be accepted without these. Once the request has been authorised, the consumer can arrange for the return of the purchased goods at their own expense, sending it within 30 days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the withdrawal right on behalf of the Consumer. The dispatch must be made to the following address: Clizia Ornato, Via Vizzani 8 40138 Bologna, communicating the relevant tracking number by email in order to be able to track the shipment at any time.

After receipt of the goods, the legitimacy of the return will be checked and, having verified its propriety, an email of confirmation will be sent. The amount paid for the item(s) will be reimbursed by bank transfer.

After 14 days, any repairs and related shipping costs will be borne by the Consumer.
